I love this series. The first volume does a really good job of introducing us to Loid, Anya and Yor and how the three of them are in a fake family situation. There are plenty of moments in this volume that had me laughing out of loud. This is such a great fun and lighthearted read.

"Or rather, good evening, 'Twilight'"

I don't know if I like Twilight or not. He was very pessimistic (which was fine), but, as a spy, I feel like he could've put more thought and planning into the mission that was at hand, it felt very rushed, but that could've been that
he only had a week to handle admissions for Anya.

"Come back to Earth now and then, Yor, and maybe you could actually meet a man!"

Yor was the best! I wish we had more character and more development but she was introduced near the end of the book, so I can't say much. Hopefully, we can get her point of view in the next volume.

"This is the smartest one we got. She don't say much, but...... she's a good kid."

Anya was kind of whiney and annoying, but she seemed to get a little bit better at the end, and she's only six, so I should give her a break.

"For better or worse... For richer or poorer... In good times and in bad, in sickness and in health... I pledge myself to you. Until.... ....my mission... .....my killing... ...do we part."
