It was okay. Definitely not the best book I ever read but a nice relaxed read.

I finished this book in 3 days and I didn’t ever want to put it down! I loved how the narrative was told,  the characters were compelling, and the writing style was easy and had a nice flow to it. The plot twist at the end was well executed but I felt like it wasn’t necessary.

beautifully told and very poignant. the ending felt a little rushed, and could have done with another chapter, but the format of the story didn’t allow for it.

Evelyn’s character flaws are nothing more and nothing less than what non famous people do/capable of, mostly. Maybe she takes one or two actions a little further but I don’t think she is an awful person. She is a strong character with a strong sense of self and self preservation. She is the epitome of being a women and taking what you want just like any white cis het man.
No Celia St. James on the other hand is down right cruel and selfish. I leave it there because no spoilers.
