Extremely gentle and low-key mini-graphic novel about a dog-like person who works in a gift shop at a pink lagoon (The person being dog-like is a description of their physical appearance. The book seems to take place in a Richard Scarry-style world where all the people are some kind of animal.) Addresses general malaise for an adult and illustrates (via a volunteer life coach--explicitly NOT a therapist "You can cry at home") one simple way of dealing with it. One (male) character is identified as having had treatment for a non-specific eating disorder, maybe anorexia, and this does impact the plot (such as it is).
