Great read

I really enjoyed this start to the Twisted Fae series. I love Cress, she's a great herione and I can't wait to see how she continues to grow and find out what her powers really are and how her relationships with the prince's develops.

A few continuity errors here and there, like one chapter at the beginning it's described as her having long hair and then later it's short, and then later long again. A few other minor things but not really a big deal to me. I had fun :)

It's just one of those nights where you crave a guilty pleasure. Something mildly trashy but oddly captivating. This was it for me. I mean admittedly, it does sort of read like fanfiction, but if you expect this going in, this wasn't half-bad.

First book in a new series. Cressida has grown up in an orphanage in a quiet corner of a world where humans and fae are at war, and as she turns 21 is about to leave. However, chance encounter with 3 faerie princes means she may be more than she seems.

Plenty of fit men, sassy women, hot sex and fae politics make this a great start to the series, and it ends on a cliff hanger! Can't wait to see what happens next!

Lucinda Dark & Helen Scott make a great co-writing team! The FMC Cress is a great character, she goes through a lot of life changing experiences in a very short period of time. The 3 Fae princes are broody & sexy as sin & the group dynamic is fantastic, they have really great chemistry. I can't wait to read the next book!
