I just wish the “plot twist” wasn’t so obvious. This was a reread, and I think it was even more clear where a certain character reveal was headed from the beginning of the book. I love the growth in the magic system in this book though!

Legendary was a riveting book, full of clues, curses, bargains and twists. I couldn’t put it down. Different from the 1st book where “everything is a game” this one was no longer a game. Everything was real, but made it equally as twisting since you had no idea who to believe or trust. I had mixed feelings about Jacks, he was a complete ass, but you could see bits and pieces of him that seem to say he is indeed human, or at least to a certain extent. That he is not truly as bad as he lets on. Spoiler, you find out who legend is!
Super excited to read the finale!
