An excellent read. I loved the combination of science with the great authenticity of the author's narration of her trip to a higher emotional and physical wellbeing. This makes it informative, enjoyable and genuine at the same time.

Audiobook. It was good. Made me think in a different way. Some concepts were definitely over my head but author did a good job at dumbing it down for me.

I really enjoyed this book. It was part heavy duty science book and part biography. I love how she summarized each chapter at the end and the section of brain hacks in each chapter was very useful. I will be looking for more research to read on exercise / healthy brain connection. Very interested in this especially in how it relates to depression.

A good first effort by someone who is really into her subject. Worth a scan. The author has an engaging style and tried her best to make neuroplasticity accessible. Could have used a bit more editing to avoid repetition in a couple of places but overall, pretty good.

The book was more engaging and interesting than any of my college Human Anatomy lectures. :)
