This one doesn't really further the plot as much as take a deeper look at Charlie (and his relationship with Maya). Their interactions are much more graphic than you would see in a Hollywood depiction of the time, but it feels completely authentic. We get a brief look at Tyler's (aka Monty Clift) recovery and find out that a week has passed since the last issue. Brodsky, though unseen, is also investigating the note that Gil sent to Thursby. A decent issue, but one that I wish furthered the plot a bit more.
