A real joy from beginning to end with lovely cartooning and a well used colour palette. Will be seeing if there's more to get when I'm at Thought Bubble this year.

Love these stories - I read them first as the webcomic (http://www.widdershinscomic.com/) and then backed the latest kickstarter to get all the print volumes. They're slim, easy, quick reads, but so much fun. Magic, Victorian/Georgian Yorkshire, awesome characters of all genders, crime-fighting. The artwork is gorgeously detailed and the writing is very funny and engaging. My absolute FAVOURITE moment is the third panel of this comic: http://www.widdershinscomic.com/wdshn/february-3rd-2012/ I feel like this about dogs all the time. Small children, too.
