OMG OMG! I have been obsessed since Book 1 and I didn’t think I could get more obsessed but here we are. I absolutely loved the dynamic switch between Ayla and her men. They are all so deserving of love and found it in each other. The games are growing more and more, alliances being drawn, who knows who’s going to come out on top!

“How do you not get it?” he rasps. “How the fuck do you not get it by now, Ayla? You didn’t just save Marcus’s life the night you took those bullets for him. You saved mine. You saved Theo’s\

Is it me, or did Sweet Retribution feel short?
Maybe I read it too fast?
I flew by this in hours.

The pacing of the book was picking up too,
Now that we are introduced to the game, we have seen different characters, storylines and backstory.
While the romance focused on Ayla's relationship with her feelings for the three men.
This was full of sexual tension, sexy times, and the personality of the three different men spark in this one.

When it was sweet, I cried.
When it was sad, I died.
When it was sexy, we all had a good time.

Please don't make me pick my favourite because all of them are mine. mueheheh.
That plot twist at the end was so unexpected but so good.
I am now just so excited. What else are we getting!?

“It’s utterly terrifying to realize that my heart now exists outside my own body. But I meant what I told him in the car. It belongs to him now. It belongs to Ryland and Theo. And I don’t want it back.”

The storyline gets really intense and crazy. I spent the whole book stressed about Marcus being gone. I felt like the sex scenes were inappropriate due to the timing. I feel like something huge would happen then all of a sudden, sex scene. It didn’t feel very natural. Theo and Ryland really stepped up and you got to know them really well.
