I really enjoyed this book. We follow Adam (and occasionally Abbie and Megan). Last year, Adam was almost killed as a crazed man (Coron who lead a cult called ‘the people’) tried to kill him as he was stopping them from fulfilling the prophecy. Coron ended up dying at the end of 13. Now, the cult leader is dead surely adam is safe. Wrong! Adam was chosen (yet again) to be the chosen in but this time for a different cult because he survived ‘The People’ Their leader Bolleskine (I think I spelt that right) believes that our Earth is full of demons so he uses a yellow drug that shows his followers the demons. He convinced them there is a tribe of people waiting for them on the Golden Planet.
I’m going to leave it there- if you want to know what happens you should definitely read spiders (the 2nd book in the Adam Grant series)
