Fun pictures and a artful moral about drawing outside the lines. But the rhymes are a bit weak and the book is a bit too proud of the peacock sparkly page. But a lovely book and I was given it as a gift (won a giveaway).

Annie is trying to teach little Joe his colors by painting all her animal friends. And things start out well...her frog friend in green...Lion in yellow...Cat is black...and then everything goes crazy and wild. Polar Bear has lines of bright pink, and the sheep and llamas were covered with zany stripes. Who is the cause of all this commotion? It's Zebra, going wacky with color, and soon Annie, unable to stop the disruption, decides to go along with the fun.

A lovely little story to encourage coloring outside the lines and breaking the rules for the sake of surprise and color.
