Was this my favorite book in the series? No. But it is in my top three. Cassandra Clare finishes the series perfectly. We're tears shed? Yes. A lot. The only reason this isn't my favorite book in the series is because I didn't really enjoy the characters that she added. I didn't enjoy the characters that her new books will be based around. Why can't she just continue with Clary, Jace, Simon, Isabelle, Alec, and Magnus? Because honestly in the order those are my favorite characters

3.5 more than 3.
The epilogue alone makes up for everything else!

Fabulous end to a fabulous series. She built up to her next series very well and tied to Infernal Devices series in very well. A little bit of sexual content, but nothing too explicit. Overall, I thought it was great. Clare is one of those authors who I will read everything she writes.
