Yay! More Legion. In the wake of the "teenage rebels," the Legion of Super-Heroes, saving the universe from destructive destructors, the ruling authority of the United Planets tucks its tail between its legs and decides to stop persecuting the Legion and even offer them authority and a budget. And then Supergirl shows up, convinced that all of her post-Krypton life is a dream, including what's happening right now. And there's good teenage drama and some action - all in all, a fun book.
