“Yes, we truly were dangerous.
But I’d take the danger, if it meant I got to have her . . .
In any way I could.

I feel like this series is getting better with each book, but there's always something that holds me back from upping them to 4 stars... they're all very enjoyable, but not that memorable if I'm being completely honest.. also, not every book needs to end with a pregnancy..

Absolutely loved this book! The chemistry between Bentley and Chloe is insanely palpable from the start! While not nearly as spicy as the rest of the series, the duo keeps the readers engaged and interested in their stories. This dual POV was a great take on a second chance love!
I also love that our Rookie was brought into the main trio of men from the first three books! I look forward to continuing the series when I can get my hands on them!

My only negative (that did not deter me whatsoever) is I thought this was our first pregnancy free couple!! I was hopeful!

So this was my favorite so far. I loved Chloe and Bentley and their history together. I was happily surprised with Bentley not being angry at Chloe for not giving their future a chance all those years ago, but it really was such a good story. Bentley being that partner that Chloe needed, someone who was there for her but knew she was capable of taking care of herself. Chloe being a martyr by putting Bentley’s happiness over her own. Ugh! Such a good story. I think the marriage proposal and baby were a bit to quick for me but other than that I loved it!

This was my fave so far.  Childhood friends to lovers, second chance romance.  Bentley and Chloe cross paths again after she broke his heart when he left for college. She's off limits because she's the new PT, but living each other was never the problem.  I enjoyed seeing them fight for one another against the odds.
