What a lovely, heartwarming story! I was looking for a comfort read on a miserable, rainy evening and this is just the kind of thing I needed. It’s not as heart-wrenching and intense as some of her other works, but to be honest, I’m not looking for intense each time I pick up a book. Charming and entertaining suits me just fine, and that’s what it is.

The story of Frankie and Papa Bear *smile* is light and charming although both men carry their share of previous hurt and misunderstandings, but pretty much all grown-ups do and there's nothing angsty about them. Frankie gets stranded during a blizzard in the back-end of nowhere, Minnesota, ends up with three lumberjacks – the “Three Bears” – and quickly finds out looks can indeed be deceiving. Marcus, the scariest and grumpiest of them all, ends up being just what the fashionable stylist has been looking for without knowing that this is what he wanted all along.

And while I don’t fancy bears at all and find nothing remotely sexy about the lumberjack look (although “lumbersexual” is a thing), I ended up swooning a little over Marcus, too. See, beards can be trimmed and hair can be cut. And who else but Frankie could turn Papa Bear into a civilized human being without destroying the bear altogether ;-)

Yeah, I liked it. Go for it if you’re looking for a comfort read, too. It’ll make you smile and feel all warm and fuzzy inside, courtesy of the three bears.

(I’ve found there’s two more books about the bears and I might pick the third one up as well. Not the middle one, however, for that one is tagged BDSM and that’s something I try to avoid - not judging! It’s just that I’m all with Frankie here: makes me feel devilish uncomfortable and is not amongst my favoured kinks at all.)

An interesting twist on Goldilocks and the Three Bears. :)

I love snow-bound stories, but this one was a little different, because the couple weren't trapped alone. So, in addition to their own simmering attraction, they had to deal with overhearing the reindeer games of their cabin mates.

A fun, sexy Christmas read. And hey, it's Heidi Cullinan, so you know you can't go wrong.

This was a male-on-male romance, recommended by a friend. I truly enjoyed it--it was light, easy to read, filled with just enough description of physical encounters, etc. I came to care about each character and look forward to reading more in the series!!!

Frankie took a wrong turn and ended up in the middle of nowhere Minnesota right at the beginning of a blizzard. Unable to make it out of town before the storm hits he's forced to take shelter in the first cabin he can find, complete with three bears. Marcus is not happy to have this gorgeous young man land on his doorstep, he looks too much like his ex, but he can't deny that Frankie is one tempting man. Can the fashionable hair stylist from the big city find happiness with the grumpy lumberjack who's not ready to commit? Really great take on a forced proximity romance, a favorite genre of mine. Some kinkiness (voyeurism) and definitely sexy. Fun read!

Loved it and I'm so glad it's not done. When it ended I was like Noooo but realized this is the first book ;-) Frankie and Marcus were perfect for each other ;-) I loved Marcus' friends also. I can't wait to visit them again.

I loved this work by Cullinan. It was so sweet and fun, the pacing was spot on. It was also a great winter romance, cozy and heart warming all at the same time. I'm thrilled this is a series piece, and look forward to the next one set in the city!

I thought it was sweet and I liked the allusion to Goldilocks and the three bears. Marcus was a gruff teddy bear and Frankie was your typical twink with a heart of gold. I look forward to more of this series.

As a side note:
Spoiler I had a hard time getting over four men eating chili daily for a week and having anal sex the whole time...

A late New England snowfall made this the perfect time to read yhis hot book! I was instantly drawn in by poor Frankie's misfortune. And his luck. Snowed in with 3 bears with no end in sight? Yes, please! I loved the slow-burn between Frankie and Marcus, the crazy night sex Olympics between Paul and Arthur, and the sweetness of the entire story. Almost made me want to be snowed in.

Warm is the overall emotion this book left me with. A fitting holiday read. Marcus and Frankie were more alike than was obvious at first glance and they fit together well. Their motivations and doubts felt genuine, but fortunately in the end they chose life and each other over safety and predictabilty. The book also touched upon some important issues about feeling safe in being who you are and conforming to societal roles and handled them with care. I liked Paul and Arthur and I'm curious to see how they'll end up.

A fairy tale with lots of Christmas spirit! Let It Snow was a cute and sweet take on Goldilocks and the Three Bears as Frankie finds the bear that is just right for him!

Frankie's car runs off the road in a snowstorm, and he finds shelter in a cottage in the woods which comes complete with oatmeal and three lumberjacks. It's big, grumpy Papa Bear that grabs Frankie's attention.

Frankie and Marcus couldn't be more different in outward appearance. Big, strong, hairy Marcus and the much slighter and effeminate Frankie. There are other differences too. Marcus wants to live in his small town near his ailing mother and Frankie likes the safety of his large city existence.

My only small niggle with the story was Frankie's continued mentioning that he was 'swishy' and not manly. It continued a bit too much for me. Although I loved the little twist when Marcus was in touch with his own feelings and wanted to be the one who was treated like a princess.
Spoiler"He'd spent all the bravado he had fighting being gay and trying to be a hotshot city lawyer and being the big strong boyfriend, and in the end he'd lost everything, including the ability to pretend anymore. All he had left now was being in love with Frankie, wishing he'd come home.
He wanted to be the princess this time, but there was no way it was going to happen."

Being stuck in a blizzard, in close proximity with each other, ensures they give in to the temptation for some passionate sex but it the emotional barriers that they need to overcome. Marcus has been hurt in the past and Frankie is afraid of living in a small and potentially prejudiced community. But this is a fairy tale and it's Christmas so of course all works out in the end for a wonderful.....and they lived happily ever after!
