I heard a lot of Stacy Willingham hype, and I do think she’s a good writer but I just found this story very average. Predictable at times, there was nothing horrible about it but also not a lot of outstanding. Starting to realize that I think the mystery genre may not be for me.

This book dragged for the first half. I almost stopped reading because it placed such an ambiguity there that held out far too long. Towards the end, when the twists and turns finally starting making themselves known, I really enjoyed it!
