It was a bit hard for me to get into but I did enjoy it. It seemed like the book was dedicated to accuracy, but there was no mention of Catholicism which was odd since ISG was devout. Feels like a significant layer to be missing. Otherwise, her portrayal had admirable spunk and I liked her squad of friends.

3.5. Loved the history, not sure why the author felt she needed to include sex scenes and lust.

I wasn’t getting super interested into the story. I had checked out the digital version from my library and it became due. I would have to put a hold on it to check it out again, and I don’t think I’m going to bother doing that.
