Intriguing
So I’m not going to lie, I didn’t enjoy this book quite as much as the first. I really don’t like Heath. I was shocked however of his storyline - I didn’t want to believe that was they way his storyline was going however it does explain a lot. I do believe there is more to it though - so it will be interesting to see if it develops through the rest of the series or whether it just cuts off to the other guys. Either way I’m excited to see where this series goes - if not slightly nervous as I know something really bad is bound to come from nowhere.

TW: physical abuse, degradation.
This is a dark erotic series, if you can't handle questionable consent and grey areas then this book is not for you.
This book was deviating and gutted me to the core! Novalee is such a strong character and I'm cheering for her 100%! I can't wait to find out all the dark secrets the zodiac brotherhood have and meet the head of the house of Gemini

Everything is not what it seems
Taurus by Gemma James follows Novalee and her fulfillment of a contracted between her uncle and the 12 men that make up the brotherhood. Each brother represents a zodiac symbol and its perspective house.
Taurus is book 2 in the Zodiac Queen series. It picks up right where book 1 leaves off and is imperative that it is read in chronological order.
This short book is full of angst, last and secrets. Wagers are made, promises are tested and the reader discovers the different sides of each man. I cannot wait to continue this journey. It has captured me completely. I am anxious to get to the conclusion and find out who will win the auction for their Queen.
