"Lieber will noch der Mensch das Nicht wollen, als nichts wollen." Is a fantastic closing sentence truly can't wait to reread this after finally getting it by the last page

Pretty incredible book, one of Nietzsche's best. It makes you question the origins of all your instincts and drives. Although it is about the development of society, the book is best read when analogising what Nietzsche is saying to the development of your self.

Seeehr schwer. Seeehr einsichtsreich.
Die ersten beiden Kapitel sind mMn viel interessanter als das letzte.

Nietzsche is a pompous annoyance and after reading 3 of his other books in a row I just couldn't go any further
