Please note: this edition of this book & its rating represent the 20th century boys & 21st century boys series as a whole, NOT just the first volume of the perfect edition!!!

I believe I will be giving the series 4.75/5, which rounds up to a 5/5. The majority of the series was fantastic, but I felt that it did not stick the landing as well as I would have liked it to.

Se cuece a fuego lento pero está genial, muchísimo consunbrismo que da un toque realista guay (supongo, jeje)

I really enjoyed it until the last few volumes
Everything just seemed a bit far fetched and the ending was meh

20th Century Boys starts great, packed with mysteries that most of it is answered soon after it's been raised, which makes it a thrilling and a satisfying read.

Beautifully drawn and written. Reads like peeling the layers off an onion. Each chapter reveals just a little bit of the story and gives a clear direction on where new revelations will come from.

beginning my first reread of the series, i instantly loved it when i first started reading it two years ago as the characters are so loveable and kenji is the perfect main character and i love the fun that is still in this series so i think reading it again will be even better than the first time i read it
