I liked the concept of this book a lot, I rlly enjoy dystopian settings and "games" where death is on the line! this book was also very easy to blow through and I like how Stephen King isn't afraid of making his endings BLEAK. however I do naught like how much he writes the n word and how he portrays black characters and women and everytime he divulged into one of those classic Stephen moments I was just groaning thru it

Ik denk dat ik geen beter boek had kunnen kiezen voor mijn eerste Bachman. De spanning doorheen het verhaal is bij momenten te snijden, je blijft achter Richards staan terwijl je door dit landschap, dat nog erger is dan in 1984, gaat en meer leert over de maatschappij. Gigantische aanrader voor fans van Black Mirror, 1984, dystopia...
