At first, it starts out fine, not too much violence, however, the more you read, the more violent it gets. It actually includes vivid descriptions (mostly visual imagery) of
Spoilerdeath, plane crash, injury (including blood, etc.),
it was just too much for my liking.

You know that frustrating start of every book, when you are only given snippets of information, most of which means nothing to you since you have no basis of what is actually going on? This book has that, but it lasts for almost the whole book.

It was interesting, yes, but also very confusing. I found myself skipping over whole paragraphs of unnecessary description that added little to the story itself. I liked the characters and I liked the action/suspense, but the book was just a little outside my interests.

I love the Gone series but this one is just quite gross and unrealistic and too scienc-y whilst not being accurate. I mean if it was fun to read, I wouldn’t have cared but it wasn’t.

A good start to a new series. In introduces you to the concepts of what could easily become a frightening reality. The slang they use takes sometime to get use to but was worth the investment.

Wow.

The first half of the book was good. I was really confused and didn't always know what was going on, but it was good.

Then the second half blew me away. The characters that I suddenly fell in love with, the mind-blowing descriptions of what it looks like inside you.

Writing a proper review for this is hard, so I won't even try. Just read it.

It's a snappy action thriller that's hard to put down and has some incredibly well written action scenes. The whole nanobot memory manipulation concept is pretty interesting and very well executed. The two main characters are a bit clumsily written but the solid supporting cast and stellar villains pick up the slack.
