Ok. I could take it or leave it. And I think I’ll wait a bit before reading the rest of the series.

We have a lot of patrons that read Macomber, and I wanted to to get a grasp on her writing style to help my readers advisory! Personally, I find them slightly cheesy, and filled with the perfect amount of romance for a romance novel. I chose this series because I like books set in Alaska (personal preference).

I give this book a solid 4. It was good in the sense of how it captured my attention. The love stories in this book were cute and well drawn out, but predictable. I wish the author would have drawn out each of the love stories and given more details in between. Other than those few things I would recommend this book to a friend!
