Almost a DNF! Not really my cup of tea, I figured out the mystery right at the beginning. A good book if you want something easy to read that you can pick up and put down. Left me feeling “meh”.

A fun paranormal cosy with future romance possibilities. I liked Audrey and any book with a snarky cat is going to be fun!

I am so in love with Audrey! I fell in love with her on the first page of this book, and the longer the book went on the more I loved her. She is exactly the type of person I would love to know in the real world. That alone was enough for me to love this story, but then the story grabbed my attention as much as Audrey and I couldn't tell you which was better. The mystery is well-written and keeps you guessing. There were moments that touched my heart, followed by moments that would make me giggle. That is exactly what I want in a cozy mystery, so I was well pleased. Then you add in the fun characters and their honest interactions, and I'm hooked. Seriously hooked. This series is going to one that I pre-order the books too and anxiously wait for each book release. It is fabulous from beginning to end!

Charming hero and heroine but too many unexplained issues (why can the heroine suddenly see ghosts and talk to cats), and it ends on a semi-cliff. The core mystery is solved, but there are lots of threads and the last chapter just sort of stops.

There's a small romance subplot, but it's more of a slow burn setup for later books.

This is a real fun little read, The characters are hilarious and lovable, especially Thor!! it's a quick read with enough to get you invested in what happens, It's a very lighthearted read with a fast pace to keep you engaged, I will for sure be picking up the other books in this series to see where the characters take us
