This series is so fun, honestly, what reader hasn't wanted to at one point or another have the ability to wander into their favorite books? This one was an interesting hunt for the legendary Archivists, who Tilly is told over and over again are just a myth. There was lots of action, and I liked the characters that were introduced in this one.

Another good entry for the series. For the audiobook version, I'll say the "American" accents weren't the best, but it was still fun to listen to it. Thankfully it wraps up nicely here, no cliffhanger (mostly), for you to decide if you want to read more or not of the series.

“We are all but errant ink splodges on the pages of history.”

I adore this series. It is literally the book series I wish I had as a child. I will never tire of Tilly and her adventures and I can’t wait to read these to my daughter when she’s older. In this one we explore even more in the bookwandering world. We meet some incredible famous authors and characters, we travel across the pond, travel deeper within books that we’ve ever done before, there is so much in this one. Just when you think this series couldn’t add any more, it does!

My preorder of the 4th book in paperback is arriving today, so that’s obviously going to be read soon. This is easily my favourite middle grade series!
