It was interesting and had a few different subplots that I liked. And of course I loved the setting in Florida.

This book is a delight! Shark Club is the story of Maeve, a passionate marine biologist. This girl has been through so much: the death of her parents, a mess of a twin brother, being cheated on, and a shark attack. I absolutely loved listening to her story. Would highly recommend to fans of Taylor Jenkins Reid’s backlist titles.

maybe this rating is unfair -
I normally don't read those types of books, but I wanted to try something easy and different for once so I took this.
it was not as cheesy as some books are, but definitely a repetitive plot and language.
there was an attempt of mystery but not really intriguing.
I could critique more but I don't want to get into detail with such a light-hearted book.
so
idk

I enjoyed this book! It was on my summer list and I'm glad I was able to finish it. It's a light story with some good themes. I enjoyed the strong female characters in it quite a bit.

Sweet little summertime read which all the beach feels. I related to Maeve a little too much and fell in love with every character. I was heartbroken in the end because of my love for sharks. This book really pulled at my heartstrings

I absolutely loved this! As a shark lover, I loved the shark talk and the fact that she was a marine biologist. I really felt like I could relate to the FMC. As far as the romance though… I could have killed Daniel and was 10/10 NOT rooting for him the whole book.

Though it is an adult book, it would likely have YA appeal as well.
