When a pig shows up sounding like a frog, it really confuses all of the animals. The consult with the wise old beetle to discover that maybe, just maybe, the pig was looking for a new friend.

Oh my word! I love this book. It was suck a cute story. It’s a book about friendship, making new friends and kinda’ about just being yourself. I think the book is good for younger children. But the art in this book is beautiful!

Pig sets off a hullabaloo when he comes to the pond and acts like a frog. Follow what happens as everyone has a reaction. Sometimes you don’t know the best way to make friends, but trying is a good place to start.

Is this a book about questioning motives? Overthinking? Maybe. But mostly it's silly and sweet.

Storyline, wording choices, illustrations, moral are spot-on, all the way around. Well-done! My kids would have asked for this read every night for months.
