Little Blue by Eva Marks

Little Blue is an erotic romance novella that ends in an HEA.

This is a very straightforward read. Some light bondage. D/s dynamic. Age gap. Hudson and Avery had been flirting and yearning for three years, but Hudson made no move (sensibly) because he was her boss and he did not want to taint her career. But now she is working for a different company and he calls her.

Anyways, the sex is very, very hot. The mutual attraction is utterly smoking.

A fun and quick read.

Hot little novella

If you have a slight praise kink, love age gaps, and like dirty talking alphas then Little Blue is a good short read if you don't have too much time to read an entire novel. I loved that the Avery and Hudson had chemistry you could feel through the pages as you're reading! I think it was a good ratio of spice to plot.

After reading quite a few books from this author, I have circled back around to read this earlier career series.

Being an early in her career story, I first noticed that the writing and storytelling is not as polished as some of her recent releases. That being said, the FMC was driving me bonkers with her lack of confidence and her quickness to rule out the MMC. This is where their age gap really showed and made her sound extra whiny and childish.

One thing I also noticed about Eva Marks writing is that she has become predictable. This wasn't a long story, but I could tell precisely where it was heading. That being said, the jump between the last chapter and the epilogue was rather large and could have been written as a few extra chapters instead of a timeline jump.

I will continue the last two novellas in this series even though I have a feeling I am going to run into what I already know is coming.

What a fun spicy novella.
This is my first novella by Eva Marks and she did not disappoint!
I love Hudson and Avery’s story. Eva’s writing just pulls you in and you can’t stop reading. The way she writes those spicy scenes

What a fun and spicy read!! It is a spicy novella that did not disappoint. The plot is the spice, so if that is not your thing then this book may not be for you. It does end of HEA, but I could have continued to read about Avery and Hudson without question. There is a lot of spice but the best part is that each "encounter" was different and non-repetitive. That is something I find a lot in MF spicy books, but that is not the case here.

This is a great palette cleanser and helpful to get you out of a slump. Loved it and can't wait to read what else Eva may write!!

It took me only a few hours to devour the story of Hudson and Avery’s relationship; I couldn’t put it down.
They wanted each other for years but could never admit their feelings…he was her boss and her the employee… until now. Now they have so much time to make up for…. And so much built up tension… it’s about to explode..
This sexy age gap romance comes with a steamy dom/sub relationship and a possessive millionaire who has his hands full with a strong headed heroine who just loves to please him any way she can..
Avery and Hudson’s chemistry is off the charts and the banter and dynamic between them just flows so well.
Amazing Novella. Extremely spicy. Unbelievably sexy. Definitely recommend!
