It was a pleasant enough read, but honestly it's perfectly forgettable. It reminded me a bit of A Painted House (John Grisham) in that it meanders through the characters lives, and also of Tomorrow, and Tomorrow, and Tomorrow (Gabrielle Zevin) without being as good as the books I just referenced.
The audiobook was well narrated by Rebecca Lowman.

While this wasn’t necessarily insightful or profound, I really enjoyed the stories and themes throughout it.
