It didn't plunge into the thrill and suspense like the Robert Langdon novels do, right from the beginning. However it is extremely worth it to wait out the beginning. The second half is extremely thrilling and my heart was pounding hard many times during the duration of the book. I found myself wanting to yell at the book because I got caught up in the commotion of the plot myself! Dan Brown continues to prove his worth as an author of many intellectual and philosophical books, while also creating one hell of story to exhibit it all.

A decent book with a rich plot but one of the most banal, simple climaxes I’ve read.

guess the plot was okay...
one of my friends told me about how he didn't like Dan Brown making his characters so damn perfect while we were watching The Da Vinci Code...
i didn't really notice it until i read this book
i mean, the main character is gorgeous, a genius working for the NSA, extremely moral, has a great body with amazing legs, engaged to a language professor who's supposed to be incredibly good looking and fluent in a dozen languages...

As good as every other Dan Brown book! Full of plot twists, awesome facts and overall a classroom thrill ride. I was hanging on every word.
