With jaw-dropping photography, mouth-watering recipes, and a smidge of intriguing history about the national parks, this cookbook is a must for traveling foodies!
I loved that the author was able to get some very specific recipes to fit the vibe of each national park, some even dating back decades and using quite localized ingredients. If you're not able to get precisely those ingredients, she suggests substitutions.
A gorgeous addition to the bookshelf!

Thanks to Edelweiss and Harvard Common Press for this digital review copy!

The pictures alone are enough reason to buy this cookbook - they are stunning! I have been to some of the parks highlighted in this book and was delighted to revisit the memories of my vacations!

I would recommend trying the Fry Bread and Cornbread recipes as they are stellar. I am also anxious to try the crab mac and cheese in the near future.

This cookbook contains a variety of foods and drinks to suit all tastes. Highly recommended!
