I knew I wanted a physical copy of this book before I even finished it. I loved how vulnerable and unapologetic this book was. This is a must read for sure.
Graphic: Fatphobia, Racism, and Sexual content
Moderate: Homophobia and Infertility
Minor: Miscarriage and Self harm

all these poets is my sons.
i create space for marginalized youth to counter the narrative being forced upon them.
i like poetry books that aren't afraid to be honest. that are actually saying something. that are being vulnerable. instead of the same spiritual, pseudo inspirational cliches. this is something that said 'the world is cracked but i'm here'

highlighted the hell out of this one holy shit
tw: sexual/kinky content, slut shaming, self harm, racism, infidelity, mention of miscarriage, infertility
also deals with negative body image (skin condition, fatphobia, etc.) and there’s a quick harry potter reference too, just as a heads up. going to make a point to include that in my tws going forward
