This was probably my favorite of the Theodore Boone books. The ending wrapped up nicely (though I would have liked to slap Ike for giving Theo some bad advice). There was a lot at stake throughout the book. Previous books had plenty at stake too, but this one was easiest to identify with. I mean, who wouldn't feel for poor Theo when he's certain he's going to end up in Juvie for a crime he didn't commit. This is also the one book in the series that I felt was more mystery than suspense novel.

The best book so far in the Theodore Boone series. Pretty straight forward plot, but kept my attention the whole book.

Another fun bedtime read with the kids. We enjoy this series, and will continue the adventure with Kid Lawyer. My middle school boy gives five stars. The book is geared toward his age group.
