Me gustaría escribir una reseña decente pero justo en estos momentos mi cerebro no da para eso, mañana la hago.

This book is a great account of God working in the lives of the young people in New York. It is an old story, however, it remains one that inspires and shows the her and now impact that the Holy Spirit can have in our lives and the lives of our comunities.

I enjoyed this book but I can see it might be hard to believe all the things that happened, especially for a non-believer. But the great work that Wilkerson did for the Lord and his faith in pursuing God's call for him is remarkable. A great testimony.

This book and Run, Baby, Run were assigned to me during my church confirmation. I was in 7th grade at the time and these books were very powerful. For this one, I remember being amazed at Wilkerson's bravery. He would confront the most violent gangs and tell them about God. Even though he was scared, he still was able to keep their attention! I remember being surprised that he was never beaten up.

Wilkerson's intentions are well-meaning, but the book lacks both the credibility to be particularly convincing and the skill and depth to be particularly interesting.

David Wilkerson's introduction to inner city street ministry in the rough parts of downtown NYC. Many stories of God's protection in times of danger including violence, theft, and robbery. God prevailed and used Wilkerson in a big way to begin an effective ministry in NYC. Great book about doing ministry in urban city environments.
