This is not your normal Cinderella retelling. It's a modern day, cute and brilliant novella that I wish were longer. Like other CoHo books, there's the usual twist in her story and I love how carefully it was woven. It's intense, romantic and I truly wish this could have been longer. Full length novel or novella, CoHo never fails to amaze!

I think I actually liked this novella better than the actual books. Daniel stood out for me in Losing Hope. What can I say? I love me a good sidekick. He was sarcastic and witty and most importantly, a good friend. And I wanted to know more about him.

Well, ask Colleen Hoover and you shall receive! Finding Cinderella is the story of Daniel and the girl in the broom closet - who is none other than Six, Sky's best friend from Hopeless. While she's not my favorite of people, I enjoyed her with Daniel.

I wasn't expecting this to be such an emotional story, but seeing that it comes from Colleen Hoover, I really shouldn't have been surprised. Daniel and Six's love story resonated with me more than Holder and Sky's. This was a great addition to the Hopeless set and a nice little glimpse into characters who stuck out and demanded their story be told.
