Showed promise, but not much else.
The characters were flat and undeveloped, the plot was too nebulous to grasp, and the action didn’t add anything.
I hate leaving bad reviews, and I do not want to demoralizing the author. Keep on writing, there’s definite promise. And we’ll keep on reading.

first part was great but wow part two was so boring😂 “slow burn” isn’t in the room with us bc our fmc isn’t even with the mmc for majority of the book🫠

Really interesting. The slowest of slow burns, as in nothing in this book. This was an in depth back story for the FMC

The beginning was good. The end was great. The middle was horrible. This book is basically just TOG, but written in the first person without the editing in sure Mass paid for. The end did make the middle worth it but I would skim it if I were you. If you want more TOG, I'd try it. If you don't, I'd skip it.

love itttt. had to put off for so long because of work but ended up binging and finishing in a day. started immediately on the sequel.
it did feel a little wattpad-y at times. lots of “am’s” when it could have/should have been combined.
would read again, but will say the first book is very limited on the romance. it’s a very long intro, but lots of angst.
