This was good; there were a few clunky parts that seemed a little out of place/too forced, but overall a super cute & steamy read.

Thorn and Ruth are star-crossed lovers. Thorn is an orc from another world that travels through a portal to our world. The time period of our world is the 1970s.

This is a spicy monster romance. Check the content warnings, which include abortion (off page, spoken about in her past), breeding, knotting, etc.

It was hard for me to suspend my disbelief with the fact that Thorn spoke like a Scottish person, even though he was from another planet.
