Why couldn’t this have been better?! I had such high hopes. This is the slowest, and I mean sloth typing out “supercalifragilisticexpialidocious”, slow burn ever. I love a good slow burn - they’re actually my favorite. But there wasn’t enough going on in the story to build it up. I did, however, adore the FMC so she’s the redeeming quality.
