This book is good, but is not one of my favorites from Colleen.I liked all the characters but I feel that the plot was predictable. But I have to say that I thought miller was very cute.

I thought that it could have been better though when it comes to the parts of the book where it just seemed like nothing was happening and the story line was not moving. And when it felt really young and almost childish. But otherwise I thought this book was good.

i had absolutely zero motivation to read this book from the get-go because it simply did not interest me. i was also a tad confused going back and forth between the pov of morgan and clara (mostly with the flashbacks from morgan's teen years) but then i grew a brain and understood so it's fine.

i think the main reason that i was so not excited to continue reading this book was solely because there was nothing happy about it whatsoever. like shit just kept flying south with every damn page turn and it wasn't even like boo hoo you're not getting the love interest you want-- it was straight up shit hit the fan for all the wrong reasons and the reader just gets to sit there crying over the fact everyone is wrong LMFAO.

MOST certainly wanted to throw this book out my window and burn it before i was finished

i'm very pleased with the ending and how the book actually developed to reach that point but .. it was rough. not my fav that coho has put out because it straight up just pissed me off

but i still liked it :)

My gosh! What a great book
An absolute roller coaster of emotions in the best way possible

You will laugh
You will cry
You will get mad
But you will love it

It would be interesting to see how the Jonah/Jenny/Chris/Morgan situation would have eventually resolved itself if Morgan had never gotten pregnant.

This was such a good portrayal of a mother/teenage daughter relationship. And a great portrayal of grief and guilt associated with moving on after a loss. The grief we feel through Clara made me cry a few times, but especially when Jonah hugged her and she was reminded of the last time she hugged her dad.

The ending was very cute. All teenage boys should take notes from Miller. But also know that it’s only cute when the feelings are reciprocated
