This book is a discussion about finding resilience through faith.
I disagree with Chapter 11. I don’t believe one must be completely broken to be contrite or penitent. I don’t think one must sacrifice self-esteem to be humble. In my opinion, self-esteem and pride are not entirely synonymous.
Otherwise, it is a good read to help find a rock to cling to in these trying times.
