I mean... It's fine for a brief NLP type book.

The suggestion to handwave at your colleague to make them hurry nearly made my eyes bug out.

Edit: the more I think about this book, the more I hate it

This is a good summation of why: https://soccermatics.medium.com/how-swedes-were-fooled-by-one-of-the-biggest-scientific-bluffs-of-our-time-de47c82601ad

It is such a interesting book. I loved it. It helped me to understand myself and my behaviors better. The reason why I cannot always deal with some people or understand why they do what they do or why they behave different or why they are more emotional toward some things is written here. This book explains the different types of behaviors and is a good basis for understanding people and being more open and more understanding for the people around us. I will definitely re-read it and share it with the people around me. Because this book is a book you can look into at any time if you are not sure how to react to people‘s behavior. It is a book you need in your entire life.

To be honest it was an okay book about a good concept. For my personal preference it could be a bit shorter, because the author kept repeating himself, which got anoying realy quickly and had me skimming a lot of pages. What I liked were the real life examples that the author used to illustrate the different aspects of the concept. Overall it was a good book and I would recommend it to people that want to learn a bit about people’s behaviour, how to categorise it and how to deal with it. (as an autistic person i can say that it was somewhat helpful)
