This series and these characters are amazing. I’ve loved every addition to the story! This wasn’t my favorite and didn’t keep me on my toes as much as the others, but it was still a fantastic book with a great romance.

A very good book filled with twists and turns I didn't expect. I lived the couple and the writing. The chemistry was amazing and I love how the author created a strong female lead who was sensible and wasn't a damsel that needed saving. I also loved how the author created a strong male lead who also cried and wasn't toxic. Overall a very good book.

Irena Fleur is a name 12 year old me on tumblr would eat up so bad, i can't even explain. the book was alright, Killian was your average run of the mill asshole hero with a sweet side and all that. the start was slow as heck and i almost dnf'd this thrice but it was only the skating that kept me going (it was the only reason i picked it up anyway sigh ash when will you stop being enamored by the sport so much to read anything that revolves around it

I- I don’t even know what I just read. Like I do but there are so many things I want to talk about. Like ummm Irene. Yes please. Very happy she wasn’t one to cower away from little prissy ice skating bi*ch and how she stood up for herself. Killian mf Astor ladies and gentlemen

I’m going to miss this series so much!!

Killian and Irena were so fun to read about. The emotional depths we went to with Killian as he struggled with his feelings was heartbreaking and amazing.

This is a steamy, passionate story, but the love itself is slow and tender. The way these two support each other and hold space for each other is *chef’s kiss*.
The best friends in this are also a hoot.

I love seeing my old favourite characters weave in and out of this book, even if just for a moment.

** I received an ARC in exchange for an honest review.

Lick of fire remains my favorite, but this one is great too.
This series should be way more popular that it currently is.

This was an okay read, nothing too memorable and a little unrealistic at times but still an enjoyable enough time

I read this book in almost one sitting. It was that good. Although Ares and Serena will always be my favorite couple from this series Killian and Irena came close to beating them. Ever since Vow of Hell I’ve been curious about the two and this book surpassed my expectations for their relationship. I loved how complex Killian was and I really enjoyed reading about his backstory and getting to know who he really was without the character he used in previous books. I also loved Irena and how confident she was while also being relatable in her insecurities at times. The romance between the two had me pacing my room (love a good slow burn) and yelling at my kindle. Killian and Irena are perfect for each other and this book did an amazing job of showing it.
