Maybe not quite five stars for me, but I love this series, and this book proved to be my favorite in it so far. loved that Erica was more involved once again, I thought the new characters and all the stories surrounding the supporting characters were handled well, and I thought the mystery at the heart of the story was crafted beautifully and felt a lot more believable than some of the others in the series. Just overall really well done.

4,5 Estrellas

I read the earlier books in the series a few years back and came to a stop at this book because I couldn’t buy it in India. Finally got the e-book, and started reading it last weekend.
I’m glad I took a break in the series because this books is more powerful than the earlier ones. The characters all show new dimensions, and the storyline is as crisp as I’ve come to expect from the author.
Galloping to the rest of the series.

For some reason I had a much harder time getting into this book compared to others in the series. The beginning seemed to drag with not much going on. Eventually the story picked up and secrets began unfolding and I was completely sucked in from there. I guess I just expected more of a punch as in some of Lackberg’s other books.
