Very fun read! Lots of twists I didn’t see coming , lots of interesting characterisation of Lily, that just kept getting deeper and deeper - as well as that of Monica. Never knew where it was going, or if I did, I was jerked in a different direction. Ending was 90% perfect, I was wondering how the real Issue would get confronted but I do enjoy how it wrapped up. Very fun read, lots of details about Lily that make you wonder about her as much as anyone in the book.

I LOVED how multiple times throughout the book Lily’s facial features are remarked on as beautiful but difficult to piece together in a mental image beyond her eyes. I just thought that was a great detail to come from multiple characters. Normally I dislike shifting perspectives but this was excellent. Again I do wish

Lily had to deal with the wells discovery

but that may have been overkill.

I liked the twists and turns, but some things seemed too 'convenient' for me.

Like the fact that the police officer wrote weird erotic poetry about the main character, thus making him seem guilty...
