i love tsunami's feistiness and her relationship with riptide. this book is forever an important part of my childhood. only negatives would be the overuse of captial letters so the book is constantly yelling at you and her grudge against anemone, which was a little annoying

These books aren't great literature, but the plotting is excellent, and it's no mystery why kids pick up the next as soon as they put one down. Learning how each type of dragon lives (the seawings, in this installment) is also a plus, as the world building isn't badly done.

I didn't like the main character point of view a lot, and I felt the others dragons didn't appear enough in this book.
I hope I enjoy the next point of view more.

The second book in the Wings of Fire series. This time, follow Tsunami and the dragonets into the SeaWing kingdom.

I'm loving every one of these books! Can't wait to see who they end up choosing as sandwing queen though!!!

This book was in Tsunami POV. I like that we switch the pov and get to explore the other characters.

It was good to get some character development from Tsunami
