This was a wild wild ride. The end of this book is not at all with the beginning of the book is. The only thing I truly hated was that Jon is constantly telling everyone all of Isaac's personal history, even the incredibly sensitive things. It felt like Jon had no respect for Isaac's trauma or his ability to choose who knows his darkest experiences.
Other than that I enjoyed large portions of this especially with Isaac and his storyline of overcoming his fears. I have no idea if any of it was accurate or handled respectfully (to someone with the same experiences) but it was cool to read about and Isaac is such a cool character. I think overall, I enjoyed this but its not fantastic and I wouldn't reread. If the last 10% hadn't gone the way it did, I probably would rate this 4 or 4.25 stars.
