At first I found the pacing and storyline incredibly slow. I was about a third in when the pace and storyline picked up and I'm glad I stuck with it. The characters were likable and the story was detailed. I liked the changing pov you style of the book and would recommend.

I liked it, but there were a few small things I didn’t absolutely love, particularly in Opaline’s story. My other issue is that the writing wasn’t always particularly clear in terms of who did or said what. Overall a good and quick read.
