At this point I’m just reading her books like candy. What a sweet story. I really enjoyed this one too.

Renee is amidwife with her own business (well she's partners). Zo is an author, a successful author. The way they meet is sweet - she's on the job and he was there for his family. This was a sweet love story - they meet. He pursues. He protects. She overcomes. They love. Simple, but I loved this story. Her going through the divorce and Zo being there and waiting patiently for her to give him the green light to pursue something more than just a friendship. He's soo respectful (even against his will) and such a gentle giant!

The twist with the family plot twist was absolutely crazy! there was a minor hint about something earlier in the first book of this series, but I never would have put two and two together. I don't want to give it away because it was suchhhhh a major twist, I have no clue how Alexandria was able to manufacture and come up with that !

Soooo perfect! I read all of her books, because she is AWESOME! So, I def highly recommend reading this one!

Love how this came full circle because I was already hating Renee just because of book 1

In true Alexandria House fashion, I enjoyed this book. I rooted for Renee and Lorenzo to be together and work out. There were a couple of twists in the book, and I was pleased with the ending. While, I didn't like the secrets they kept from each other, they ultimately worked through it. This was a easy read. On the book three of the series.

I liked the characters (for the most part) and enjoyed their love story, but this one wasn't as fun as the first one. I didn't enjoy the games Zo played with Renee during the beginning of their relationship and the third-act plot twist was a bit out of left field for me. Still, mostly a fun read. I really liked watching Renee rise up above her past hurt.

So excited for Nicky's book!
