I do not say this lightly or often, but the characters in this really made this rather predictable thriller absolutely fabulous. Every single character was well done, they each had a story to tell and a purpose. I simply could not stop listening to this. I needed to know what would happen with the narrator, Kate, whom I loved. A pleasant surprise 5/5 definitely check this out if you have been craving well thought out characters. You’ll enjoy this for so much more than the story.

The French Girl is a quick read to satisfy your itch for a good mystery.

BEST BOOK WE’VE READ FOR BOOK CLUB SO FAR!!!! Totally intriguing, nicely structured so you aren’t thoroughly frustrated by the mystery central to the book, and interesting somewhat deep characters.
