Man I loved this book. I am usually not a fan of romances or time travel but this one was just perfect. It's about a man named Ben. He is unhappy in his marriage and is constantly thinking what if ... what if he chose another girl he liked back at uni? Would his life be different? After he is given a wrist watch as a gift he travels back in time and he can watch and see things he didn't see before - after he ends up in the future he sees what his life would have been like had he chosen the other girl and he finally realizes that he had his one true love all along and that he screwed up greatly - he finally realizes that he is where he is meant to be and with who he is meant to be. A pretty short book but man I loved this one so much.

I have mixed feelings about this one. It was sweet but I found it difficult to relate to the protagonist.

I really enjoyed this for the majority of the book but the ending was way too drawn out and sappy. I get it’s a Christmas book but it’s just kept reiterating the same message over and over again.

All About Us. More like: All About Me All The F*cking Time.

VERY misleading blurb.

I thought we would follow a guy that would get a second chance with the love of his life while being married to the wrong woman.

SpoilerBut we follow a guy that realizes that he already has married his love of his love. And have kind of already figured out she is the one.

Sounds cute enough? It would be. If only the the new choices and paths he was able to choose, would actually make an impact to reality.

But we just see this whiny guy that is complaining that he has no chemistry with his wife. He still remembers how loveable she was, like 20 years old. But when he goes back in time and re-lives his life, he shares thoughts he already has processed. He just needs to be reminded how interesting he pretended to be when he was younger.....?

We do not really see any deeper thoughts. He has already everything figured out. He is just very insecure and blames his bad childhood. (Very original, not).

What saved this to a 2 star rating, his sweet mother that deserved better by her narcissistic baby-daddy and the adult baby she had to take shit from.

Do not read this book if you are depressed and feel bad about yourself.
Cause this is not a feel good book. This is a, feel worse about yourself book.

And just because some scenes takes place during winter, it doesn't make it a Christmas book.
Please change title, blurb and book cover.
Thanks.

I think this book was compared to or blurbed by One Day In December by Josie Silver. In my mind this one was far superior. Honesty, Personal Accountability…Life is truly made up of the choices and decisions you make.
